“Thank you for the great job you recently did for us at Glendale Apartment driveway. As you recall it is a tricky property. The driveway/parking lot is only about 18 feet wide but also serves as an entry alley for several other apartment buildings via an alley. This required you and your crew to first work on one 9 feet by 100-foot section allowing for traffic, and then over the course of a few days, work on the other 9 feet by 100-foot section. We are pleased to pass on to you that we received NO complaints from tenants on any of the properties, nor did Glendale officials notify us of any complaints.
